The Fisheries Resource Conservation Council (FRCC) will release its advice to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans regarding the 2003/2004 fishing season for groundfish stocks in the Gulf of St. Lawrence and for Northern Cod stocks on March 26 and 27, 2003 in Moncton, NB and St. John’s, NL, respectively.

Mr. Fred Woodman, Chairman of the FRCC, will hold a press conference at 10:00 am on March 26 at the Delta Beauséjour, Ballroom C in Moncton, New Brunswick and at 10:00 am. on March 27 at the Battery Hotel, Riverhead room in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
