Advisory January 8, 2003 The Fisheries Resource Conservation Council (FRCC) will hold a press conference to release its report "2003/2004 Conservation Requirements for Groundfish Stocks on the Scotian Shelf and in the Bay of Fundy (4VWX), in Sub-Areas 0, 2+3 and Redfish Stocks" at 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 14, 2003, in the Regency 1 room of the Prince George Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This report will contain FRCC advice to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans regarding the April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2004 fishing season for groundfish stocks off Nova Scotia and off the southern and northeastern coasts of Newfoundland, including 3Ps cod. The Chairman of the FRCC, Mr. Fred Woodman will preside, with other members of the Council in attendance.
